Great website, Was in country 1970 with the 178th Box Cars in Chu Lai. F/E on boxcar 483 last three of serial number, "Spirit in the Sky". The last I knew the copter was still in service some where in Korea after being rebuilt.

I don't know if you remember me. I worked in Operations with George Dematruilas (Demo), Tom Shelton, Dan Redinius before he left Sgt Neuman before he left. I can't remember the rest of the people who worked in operations. I was there from May 72, until we left in Mar. 73.

My brother was WO Walter Olinsky who flew helicopters in Vietnam in 1969. He did not make it home to tell his stories so I treasure these sites that give us information on that time. I hope to get his pictures organized to share. Always hoped over the years that I would connect with somebody that might have known him over there. Maybe there is still a chance.
