Comments: Enjoyed seeing your photos, but please note that the 22nd Surgical Hospital (as well as the 18th) was designated a MUST (Medical Unit, Self-contained, Transportable) unit, not a MASH (Mobile Army Surgical Hospital) unit. The MUST designation is no longer used by the army, but it was during the Vietnam-era.

Comments: Our platoon of 8-inch M110 self-propelled Howitzers was assigned to 11th ACR at FSB Warrior (XT499-269) from 02-May-71 to 08-Jul-71.Did ACR call this place by another name? Was it just 2nd Squadron there? Aside the 6 M109 155s, what all did ACR have there? (My hooch was right next to a Sheridan.) I know Rome Plows were clearing parts of Ho Bo Woods. Would love to know more about this part of my tour. Thanks! I have (and treasure) an Honorary Blackhorse Trooper Certificate!
