Comments: I was the crew chief on 488, and flew with you before you became a AC, DeWitt was my AC most of the time. I left Vietnam in Oct of 69. 488 was one of the best flying gun ships in the Sidewinders. I would love to here from you and I belong to the VHCMA ask for Allen.I did here that 488 crashed from a Hydraulics frailer glad to here you are Ok. Take care Paul.............

Comments: I also served with the 121st Aviation Co, Soctrang from 12-64 to 12-65. Started out in Maintenance and wound up in the Viking Platoon around July of 65 until DEROS in Dec 65. Very sorry to hear about the lost entries in the guest book.

Comments: Just found the site. Pictures are great in fact i found my Hootch on one of them. D trps I was 2nd Plt medic during that exact time. I remember the the typhoons and replacing the roofs. We lost some very good people in April of 71' my Lt Thomas Chenault among others, wonderful man ! I noticed a pic by Lt Suchke knew him as well he was close to Tom Chenault , they shared the same hootch. We were all at Khe Sahn we led the convoy up QL9. Well enough babble, still am not able to find anyone from the Cav. Thanks for the pics ill have to look for mine God Bless Doc Heydt D trp 2/17th
