Comments: I was assigned to c troop 7/17 in 1969 as part of the 238th signal corps. We kept your radios working so you could listen to AFN broadcasts during you missions. We also kept your navigation radios working so you could make it back. We weren't hero's but we were part of the unit. I partied with the scouts and the grunts that were inserted from the huey's, and as stupid as it sounds, I went on a mission as a door gunner. It was, as it ended up, a no contact with the enemy mission, but I went anyway just to see what it was like. Anybody here remember the green mother f..kers the scouts used to make? To all that were there please live a long and happy life.
Dana
