Comments: My daddy's name is Charles Moon and he served in the Army and was in Vietnam April 1970 until March 1971. He was in the Americal Division. D Troop. 1st of 1st Calvary. He was a crew chief. My daddy passed away in March from Covid and I found his letters that he had written home to his mama, so I have really enjoyed reading them. I miss him so much! I would love to hear from anyone who served with him. There is one friend that he talked about a lot in his letters. His name is Gerardo Godoy. I'm not sure where he is from, I just know that him and my dad share the same birthday. Thank you to all of the Veterans for everything you have done.

Comments: I saw a response (#2) where a guy said he was a door gunner on a Cobra. Cobras did not have door gunners. They had no doors.

Comments: If a Museum Exhibit were planned to showcase Vietnam War army helicopter nose art, what should it include in addition to nose art? Also, what Museum should host it?

Comments: I am the widow of Steven D. Johnson who served in Vietnam from 69-71. He served with the 273rd Aviation Co. He was with A Troop 3/17th Air Cavalry in 71 at Lai Khe. He was a member of the Red Platoon (Cobra's). I know he said he was crew chief but where or what I do not know. He didn't talk about his time there so I am trying to channel all my anxieties and frustrations from his passing away in June to a more positive channel. Any help will be deeply appreciated. God Bless and Thank you all for your service. Welcome Home.
